Okey is a board game similar to Rummikub.
The game is played by four players, so other three players are managed by AI.

Okey is played with a set of numbered tiles with four different colors. During the game each player has a hand of 14 tiles. On each turn a player draws one tile and then discards one tile. The object of the game is to be the first to form a hand that consists entirely of sets (equal numbered tiles) and runs (consecutive tiles of the same color).

Detailed help with rules and illustrations is included.

Enjoy simple interface and attractive game view!

OkeyOnline - a free multiplayer version of the game is also available in the AppStore.

Pros and cons of Okey app for iPhone and iPad

Okey app good for

I hope the other review does not turn people away from this game! This was a really fun little app store find. I love rummy-type games and this seemed to be the only one. I found instructions on the authors website (perhaps these could have been included with the game?) and also on Wikipedia as it is a well-known game in some parts (although it is different in some key ways from rummikub). It was easy to learn though and once I got the hang of it, I had a lot of fun. I think I will really enjoy this game. Try it out if you like this sort of thing! I do think it is worth perhaps a cheaper price, and maybe a help screen with the instructions built in. But other than that, no complaints! I liked it.
This is a great game and finally I get to play on my iPhone. If there was an option to play against people, that would be more fun.:))
Keeps you coming back to it. Only downside is that you cannot organize your chips when it is not your turn.
Best app ever!.. You guys should consider creating a pişti app. I would buy it thats for sure.
This is a very well designed and polished app. AI is decent and moving the pieces feels like the real thing. If you already know Okey, it is a no-brainer, buy this immediately. If you dont, the rules are explained nicely and it is definitely worth your time to learn.
Great game but its missing the option of playing games with people around you, and or online play. Arkadaşlar online mode eklenirse çok süper olur.

Some bad moments

My wife is a fan of Rummicub so we thought wed try this game out. So far I have had a full rack of runs and pairs and still cant win. They say check the web site for rules but theres none there. Good graphics but impossible to play... I want my money back. Dont waste your money the game isnt worth a cent.
I started playing Okey ever since I was 7 yrs. Old and I am now 16 yrs old and I know how to play this game. But for some reason everytime my hand is done it wont let me win. Can someone help me? Or I would really like to have my money back.
Overall I am thoroughly pleased with the look and play of this app. Very fun. However, I feel that there is another version of this game that should be addressed. In short, it consists of the same basic rules, however, you can "meld" your first 50 points (face value) onto the table, and after you meld, you can add to other players runs and sets. The first player to place all of his tiles onto the table wins. Adding these set of rules as an option or as another fame within the app would be perfect. And definitely worth more than $2. Please consider in next update!
There is no Gösterge, the randomness of the numbers is flawed and the quality is limited. Please fix it? Try and make it more like the Facebook one...
It is definitely not worth 2$ Also, maybe for a game like this include more detail on your description page...
I have two Okey games on my iPhone; this one and one called Okey Extra. On this Okey game, my win:lose ratio is around 5:95 but on Okey Extra, my win:lose ratio is about 45:55. Guess which Okey game Im going to keep on my phone? I love challenging games, but I dont love constantly losing. Losing 95% of the games is extremely frustrating and just plain boring. If you want an Okey game whos AI always beats you, then by all means buy Adikuss Okey app for $1.99. But if you want a challenging Okey game while still having a fair chance of winning, buy Ahoy Games Okey Extra. Not only is it $1 cheaper than this app, but its also Universal, meaning you wont have to purchase another copy of it in order to have it on both your iPhone and iPad.
